my boss, anna roveda, my heroine and inspiration and idol, complimented this treccina. it looked much cuter in person sigh. then later today i went to the caffe down the street and the waiter (who i thought thought i was weird because i always go in alone, eat a sandwich, have a hot chocolate, pay and leave) said "é molto carina, questa ragazza" to the other waiter. i said "oh," i was so caught off guard, smiled a little, turned bright red, paid and left. then later tonight before i left for home, anna told me she could tell my italian is improving. "sometimes you can't find the right words, but you never make mistakes," she said. and that my accent sounds italian. "almost."

that first paragraph was amazing !!!! i'm so proud of you! ugh it sounds so much better when people say you're pretty in a different language, right? esp when they dont know if you understand or not. whats that plaid shirt blub? its weird to see you in one thats not mine.
ps: i didn't love paris till hmm one month in? then i was almost done with it. so don't you worry. plus cities change enormously with the weather. i dont know if i would like paris in the cold either.
